RRB Group D Notification 2026 : Age Limit as on 01/01/2026

• Minimum Age : 18 Years
• Maximum Age : 33 Years (For General / EWS)
• Age Relaxation Extra as per Railway Recruitment Board Group D CEN 09/2025 Rules (OBC: 36 Years, SC/ST: 38 Years).

• Class 10th (Matric) Pass from any recognized board in India.
• OR ITI from NCVT/SCVT recognized institute.
• OR National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT.
• For post-wise specific medical & physical criteria, check official notification.

1. Stage I: Computer Based Test (CBT): Candidates must clear a single-stage online objective test to be shortlisted.
2. Stage II: Physical Efficiency Test (PET): Shortlisted candidates from CBT must pass the physical test (Running and Weight carrying fitness standards).
3. Final Stage: Document Verification & Medical Exam: Final verification of certificates and rigorous checkup according to Indian Railway Medical Standards.

• Negative Marking: Penalty of 1/3 (0.33) marks for every incorrect response.
• Marks secured in the single-stage CBT will be used directly to shortlist candidates for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET).
