- Enter required foundational markers: Full Name, Father's Name, Date of Birth, active Email Address, and Mobile Number.
- Identity Authentication Check: Complete standard identity verification steps using biometric OTP configurations to ensure baseline profile validation.
Phase 2: Core Form Entry & Regional Mapping
- Log into your account page using your verified mobile links/email ID and security password.
- Select the active employment gateway link designated for CEN 07/2025 (NTPC Undergraduate).
- Choose Your RRB Zone: Exercise absolute caution; candidates can apply to ONLY ONE selected RRB for a specific Pay Level. Submission of duplicate forms across different boards triggers automatic cancellation of all applications.

Phase 3: Digital Scan Upload Requirements

• Community Certificate (SC/ST Only): Clear scanned copy of community records to qualify for concessional travel passes and specific fee refunds (PDF format).
Phase 4: Fee Payment & Modification Window Protocol
- Process payment structures (₹500 / ₹250) online via secure transaction layers. Save the electronic receipt archive.
- Verify all metadata inputs on the final configuration preview layout, hit "Submit", and download your printable confirmation sheet.
- Modification Rule Clause: In case of accidental typos, data can be revised by paying a non-refundable correction fee of ₹250 during the modification window.
