Phase 1: Authentication via PET Registration
- Navigate to the official commission portal: upsssc.gov.in.
- Select "Applicant Segment" and navigate to "Applicant Authentication through PET Registration Number".
- Log in via two standard dynamic modes: either through Personal Details (PET Registration Number, Date of Birth, Gender, Domicile, Category) OR via OTP configuration dispatched to your registered Mobile / Email.
Phase 2: Core Application & Domicile Matrix validation
- After logging in, your foundational metadata from PET 2025 will sync automatically. Review educational history fields carefully.
- Enter specialized preferential qualifications if applicable (e.g., Territorial Army service or National Cadet Corps 'B' certificates).
- Input captcha check strings and click "Proceed for Photo and Signature".
Phase 3: Image Synchronization & Declaration
Document Integration Guidelines:
• Photo & Signature: Automatically populated from your verified database records of PET 2025. No fresh modifications can alter these assets during the initial phase. Click "Continue" to transition forward.
• Declarations: Read the compliance check boxes thoroughly, acknowledge the state legal declarations, and finalize entry strings.
Phase 4: Nominal Processing Fee & Printing
- Process the online transaction fee layers (₹25 uniformly for all candidates) via the Integrated E-MoPS payment gateway layer.
- After payment completion parameters acknowledge successfully, download your generated printable Application Form confirmation sheet.
- Modification Constraints: If typos occur, select "Modify Application" prior to 27/07/2026. Note that PET core registered items such as Category, Domicile state, and Name cannot be edited.
